  • ThreeD_path is a customized macro compliant with IGOR Pro (Wavemetrics) & MATLAB (MathWorks?)

  • It helps reconstruction of 3-D paths from tri-axis magnetisms, tri-axis accelerations, swimming speed and depth data, based on algorithm introduced by Johnson & Tyack (2003).
    *Johnson & Tyack (2003) A digital acoustic recording tag for measuring the response of wild marine mammals to sound.

  • ThreeD_path はIGOR Pro(Wavemetrics)もしくはMATLAB(MathWorks?)上で作動するマクロです。
  • Johnson & Tyack (2003)で紹介された計算法に基づいて、3軸地磁気、3軸加速度、遊泳速度、深度データから3次元的な移動軌跡を構築します。
